LASER INTERFEROMETER (LAS600)

The LAS600 allows user to view flatness and uniformity of an object specifically a wafer stripe on a computer screen.  The system is equipped with a motorized stage that can advance to measure different area of a long object that is larger than frame of view.  The LAS600 software is capable of report straightness of the object and provide pass/fail condition as programmed in parameter setting.
